+18 Content Policy

This +18 Content Policy ("Policy") establishes the rules applicable to the creation, publication, display, and monetization of content intended exclusively for individuals over 18 (eighteen) years of age on Myclose.fan, operated by Web2View ("Platform").

It applies to all Content Creators, Users, Subscribers, Sellers, Event Organizers, and other participants of the Platform ecosystem.

The Platform adopts the following principles:

• zero tolerance for content involving minors;
• respect for legality, consent, and human dignity;
• full responsibility of the Creator for published content;
• prevention of abuse, fraud, and exploitation;
• preservation of the Platform's legal, technical, and reputational security.

3.1. Only individuals over 18 years of age, duly verified, may create, publish, or participate in +18 content.

3.2. The Platform may require, at any time:

• identity verification;
• proof of legal age;
• additional participant documentation;
• technical or human validations.

3.3. Absence or inconsistency of documentation may result in immediate content removal, suspension of features, or account termination.

4.1. The Creator declares and warrants that:

• they hold all necessary rights over the content;
• they obtained express, free, and informed consent from all participants;
• the content does not violate third-party rights;
• the content complies with this Policy and applicable law.

4.2. The Creator is solely responsible for:

• content, description, and framing;
• accuracy of information;
• compliance with legal and tax obligations;
• any damages caused to third parties.

Any content that does the following is expressly prohibited:

• involves, depicts, or suggests participation of individuals under 18 years of age — including fictional, animated, synthetic, or AI-generated characters that appear to be minors (18 U.S.C. § 1466A, ECA, EU AI Act Art. 5);
• depicts sexual violence, rape, or absence of consent;
• promotes sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or modern slavery;
• contains hate speech, discrimination, or humiliation;
• involves bestiality, necrophilia, incest, or illegal practices;
• involves mutilation, torture, or extreme violence;
• is fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative;
• violates copyrights, image rights, or personality rights;
• violates court orders or legal rulings.

6.1. Co-authored content is any content that features more than one person, whether identifiable or not.

6.2. The Creator who publishes co-authored content:

• is solely responsible for obtaining authorizations;
• must maintain valid and up-to-date documentation;
• is fully liable to the Platform and third parties.

6.3. The Platform may require, at any time:

• image and voice usage authorization form;
• identity documents;
• proof of legal age;
• additional records.

6.4. Revenue sharing among co-authors is the sole responsibility of those involved, and the Platform has no obligation to intervene in or oversee private agreements.

7.1. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is permitted as a tool for creating, editing, enhancing, and generating content on the Platform, provided that the provisions of this section and applicable law are observed.

7.2. Labeling and Transparency. Synthetic or substantially AI-altered audiovisual content, images, or audio that realistically depicts a specific person, situation, or scene must be clearly and legibly identified as AI-generated or AI-modified, in accordance with the EU AI Act (Art. 50, effective August 2026) — which from that date will require machine-readable technical marking (C2PA/IPTC standard or equivalent) — and Brazil's AI Regulatory Framework (PL 2338/2023, currently pending in the Brazilian Congress).

7.3. Regardless of the tool or purpose, the following are absolutely prohibited:

• non-consensual deepfakes or synthetic representations of identifiable real people — conduct criminalized under PL 3821/2024 (Brazil) and constituting a violation of Civil Code art. 20;
• any content that simulates, depicts, or suggests the participation of minors under 18, even if entirely AI-generated — a crime in Brazil (ECA, Law 15.211/2025), the US (PROTECT Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1466A), and the EU (AI Act Art. 5);
• deceptive simulation of public or private individuals for fraudulent, defamatory, or reputation-damaging purposes;
• use of AI to create or disseminate content that fraudulently misleads users about its origin or authenticity.

7.4. Consent for Real People. When AI-generated content involves a synthetic representation of an identifiable real person, the Creator must: (i) obtain express, specific, and documented consent from the person depicted, as required by Civil Code art. 20 and LGPD art. 11 (biometric and image data); (ii) keep the documentation available for presentation to the Platform at any time. Absence of consent authorizes immediate removal, retention of funds, and other sanctions provided in this Policy.

7.5. Copyright. The Creator warrants that AI-generated content published on the Platform does not infringe third-party copyrights. Using protected works to feed or generate outputs from AI systems without adequate licensing may constitute a violation of Brazilian Copyright Law 9.610/1998.

7.6. The Creator is fully liable for the use of AI and all its legal effects. The Platform provides a reporting channel and will take removal measures within an appropriate timeframe upon substantiated notification, in accordance with the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework and the TAKE IT DOWN Act (US, 2025).

8.1. The Wall is a public viewing space and has more restrictive rules.

8.2. Only the following is allowed:

• suggestive or mild content;
• no explicit nudity;
• no sexual acts;
• no violence.

8.3. The Platform may:

• approve, reject, or remove content;
• limit posting frequency;
• suspend access to the Wall.

9.1. Only eligible and verified Creators may conduct live streams.

9.2. During a live stream, the following is prohibited:

• explicit sex, as defined by the Platform;
• illegal or dangerous practices;
• unauthorized use of protected works;
• exposure of personal data;
• participation of unauthorized third parties.

9.3. The Platform may:

• interrupt transmissions;
• apply progressive penalties;
• withhold funds until analysis is complete.

9.4. Live streams are monitored through technical and human means.

10.1. The Platform may:

• monitor content;
• apply automatic filters;
• conduct manual reviews;
• request additional documents.

10.2. Absence of immediate action does not imply acceptance or waiver of rights.

Non-compliance with this Policy may result in:

• content removal;
• suspension of features;
• withholding of funds;
• account termination;
• permanent blocking;
• reporting to competent authorities.

The Creator agrees to indemnify the Platform for any damages, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from:

• violation of this Policy;
• published content;
• misuse of AI;
• failure to obtain consent.

This Policy may be amended at any time. The current version shall be the one published on the Platform.
